Tuesday Newsday: Microsoft develops 3d scanning app, Cortana for Android, Nexus 7 photographed, Snapdragon 820 in testing...

Hi everybody:

Soon after the release of windows 10, Microsoft got what it deserved. Millions of happy customers that is. Now the biggest thing in windows 10 are latest and most upgraded Cortana and Microsoft Edge. Both of these are in news this week and much more.

So with out wasting any time let's jump into the news:

1: Microsoft develops 3d scanning app.

University of oxford and Microsoft are changing the way one scans in 3d. Usually the main requirements for such a scan are clunky machinery with heavy computers. But as smart phones are getting better and better the research and development duo of both the companies has tested an app that recreates your smartphone's captured image into 3d using depth motion imaging. Though not so detailed this is still very useful for 3d printing and augmented reality.

2: Cortana for Android.

As told earlier Microsoft's latest n highly demanded feature in Windows 10 is Cortana so no doubt they are testing it for other OS as well. The personal assistant is already available for android in beta.

3: Nexus 7 photographed.

Each year some smartphones tend to gather a hype around them. This year one of theost hyped smart phones is the upcoming Huawei Nexus 7. Why it is hyped? Well the main reason is that after Nexus 5 the 6 came and no body took notice to it's desired level.

Now Google and Huawei are making efforts to make the next release as eye catchy as possible. The second reason is that LG after producing Nexus 5 is now updating it as Nexus 5 (2015) version. To tackle it better and grab a market place Huawei has to work very hard to give a device that can b fun to use and functional as needed.

4: Snapdragon 820 chip set:

Most of the times the biggest releases in smart phones have Snapdragon processor but for last two years specially Samsung used it's home made exynos chip instead of a dragon. But as the news revolves the next galaxy S7 will have a Snapdragon 820 chip based on Octacore. Samsung is already testing the tool of this processor for the next years flagship.

5: Facebook on the help of nonprofit:

After YouTube, now Facebook is also providing a donate now button on non profit organization pages as well as groups. The intention Is that it helps the non profit and allows the diner to directly donate at any time.
