With the release of Galaxy S6 which will be available as early as April 2015 and iPhone 6 already in the market, stakes are really high for both companies. For as long as Galaxy S line up is concerned it was always considered practical, every day go to phone but design wise it has never been even close to any of the rival iPhones. But hey, this is different now as Samsung pushing its design limits to metallic and glassy finishes iPhones have got a real competitor in Market.

One Paper Samsung Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge will make the Apple iPhone 6 eat dust for lunch any day. With S6's Quad Core CPU over iPhone 6's Dual Core, RAM 3 GB vs 1 GB, Screen of 5.1" 577 PPI vs 4.7" 326 HD Pixels S6 is screaming to iPhone 6 that it is better but what about real performance. Well performance wise they are corner to corner with each other. You may see a couple of apps working for iOS better than Android and Vice Versa.

Considering the price drops in recent situations, iPhone 6 is already on safe side and Samsung Galaxy S6 has yet to make it into the market with a higher price in start. All in all it comes to your actual personal preferences, what you like in a phone and how do you like to use your phone. Which is always if you want ultra flexibility of the OS than go for the S6 and if you want apps and software optimized to work as seamlessly as thinkable than go for the iPhone 6.
