Hello guys: Budget devices are in the best zone right now as you can see almost head to head battle of the hardware specs with the flagships of last years. The latest entry into the mid range budget devices by Huawei is the all new Honor 4X.  With appreciable specs of 1.2 Ghz Quad Core CPU, 2 GB of RAM and 5.5 inch IPS LCD display with resolution of 720p.
