The easiest way is give a Mid tier device at entry level price and Gionee has succeeded on it very well with their Gionee Pioneer P4 (international branding) available in Pakistan as Qmobile Noir i6 (Largest smartphone distributor in Pakistan). Well the basics of the phone goes like this, it has a 1.3 Ghz Quad Core CPU (Cortex A7 chipset) with 1GB RAM and 8 GB internal memory. Phone has got a decent 4.5 inch screen which has a low pixel density but still renders 16 M colors easily.
