Hi Everyone:  Yes, We are in a state of constant threats from the Evils of ISIS and other Civil Militants (A.K.A Terrorists). Yes, whenever there is some event good or bad, for happiness or for sadness, for religion or for business matters, we are all afraid of just one thing and that is a terrorist attack. and Since the dawn of 2007 we have seen a trend in Pakistan that Government shuts down mobile networks in Pakistan's major cities every single time. So Does it really make any difference in the security issue.  Let's take a look at different perspectives of this situation.  Mobile phones and internet business shut down:  Many of the Smartphone brands are shut down and in most cases the small business that are associated with it.
