Tuesday Newsday: Windows 10 & One Plus 2 make records, Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Honda Robotics Hope need Developers, Cars with here Maps...and much more
Hi People:
The past week has been about advances in tech deals among big companies of European, Asian and American Origin. Some deals involve the customers directly and some indirectly. Apart from that there have been releases of some awesome titles in smartphone gaming as well. So with out furthur a due let's do the news:
1. Reservation Sale Records:
Both Windows 10 and One Plus 2 have been available to public in a rather unique invite and reserve your place method. For Windows 10, Microsoft sent many users invites to reserve there free upgrade to the latest windows and for One Plus 2, company (One Plus) has used its previous method of direct invite and invite share method to raise the sales.
Well lucky for both as the Windows 10 has now over 14 Million active users since it's availability on 29th July 2015. On the other hand One Plus 2 has been able to convince 1 million buyers to reserve the invite and share it.
2: Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Specs leak:
Samsung is famous for putting each year's top notch technology in their respective note series. This year as speculated will not be different as for the first time we will see completely redesigned Note 5. That will have design ques from this year's Flagship S6.
For instance, Leaks say that Note 5 will have a 5.66'' Quad HD Display with Octa Core Exynos Chipset, 4 GB RAM. It may also be the first phone from Samsung to have USB type C.
3: Honda Robotics Need Apps Developers:
Honda's alleged next gen robot the uni-cub personal auto mobility system is under rounds of news since last couple of years. Now it is almost ready but Honda is searching for some good app developers for all platforms of smartphones so that this mobility can be of more then one use of moving around.
4: Nokia Here Maps on German Cars:
German auto manufacturers like Audi and BMW have made a deal with to buy their Here Maps. So probably by next year most of the German Cars will have Nokia Here maps. Well we can say its a good start by Nokia after splitting ways with Microsoft.
