Let's Talk About:- Pakistan's Cyber Crime Bill 2016.. Do the following and get punished

Since the dawn of 2013 our Govt. has been under constant criticism. What ever be the reason officials has tried many tricks to stop this at least at the online social media level. The latest trick up their sleeve is the new Cyber Crime Bill 2016. We had scene in the past that everyone had a free will free discussion attitude on social media and said what ever they wanted even enchanted the most highly recommended Go..Go.
But times are about to change now imagine you post your friends picture on Facebook with out his written permission and you go to jail. Imagine you speak your heart out for a cause yet you go to jail because officials think it is a crime. What ever it may be we are here to help you to avoid the embarrassment.

** Hacking Govt. Websites may lead to 14 years in jail and 50 Million Rupees in Fine**

Here are the salient punishments and reasons that any one may fall prey to if not conscious...

1:- Accessing the Unauthorized Information and Data:- Trying to access some information about your peers that you are unauthorized. You will be punished at least 6 months in jail and Rs. 100,000/- in fine.

2:- Unauthorized dispersal of such information:- You may be looking at a 6 month jail term and Rs. 100,000/- fine if you transmitted any unauthorized information through email, social media, phones or other means of communication.

3:- Unauthorized Access to Top Secret infrastructures:- Trying to access any new blueprints of building that may be under Govt VIPs use. This may lead to 3 year jail sentence and One Million Rupees in fine.

4:- Intent to Criminal Information or Data:- Malicious activity towards criminal data or criminal activity towards any other data may put you in jail for 2 years or 500,000/- in fine.

5:- Criminal Intrusion towards Infrastructure or related Data:- Do you want the blueprints of any building that you may use for criminal activities well you will be jailed for 7 years and fined 5 Million Rupees for that.



6:- Cyber Terrorism:- Advancing towards the social media free talks with an intention that may hurt someone else's  religious, ethnic, sectarian or moral values. Otherwise if supporting terrorism or such group you will be facing 14 years in jail and 50 Million ( 5 Crore) Rupees fine.

7:- Forgery through Electronic Means:- Change in the will, Property papers, information regarding some one's bio data or gaining access to someones means of communication (recording calls or messages for legal offenses) may get you jailed for 2 years and fined up to 250,000 Rupees.

8:- Fraud through Electronic means:- Send any information or false emails, messages or calls from someones account or phone with intention to harm relationships, business deals or other social matters will be giving you a jail protocol for 2 years and fine of 10 Million Rupees.

9:- Snatching and supplying of devices for criminal activities:- Any one who snatches and uses a device for any criminal activity will be under the law suit for upto 6 months and fined for 50 thousand rupees.

10:- Identity crises:- If some ones identity is being used in crimes they should apply to the Court competent to try offence under sub-section (1) for passing of such others as the Court may deem fit in the circumstances for securing, destruction or preventing transmission of any such data. If someone found guilty in this regard they will be punished upto 3 months in jail and fifty thousand rupees fine. (Same is for the use of someone else credit card)

11:- Unauthorized Sim Cards (user and Issuing person):- Any one using  SIM (Subscriber identity module) card or issuing SIM as well as R-UIM (Reusable identity module)  with out prior certification and bio-metric verification will be judged towards 3 years in jail and 500,000 rupees fine. 

12:- Damaging the communication systems for criminal activities or any else:- 
Temper any communication system for criminal intentions, unlocking smartphones without certified keywords and changing the IMEI or other certification may lead to 3 year jail and 1 million rupees in fine. Stolen Cellphones, wireless devices and GPS systems will also be included in the list.
